Yoga, as one of the most effective and practical exercises that addresses both physical and mental aspects, is highly recommended. Along with walking (aerobic exercise), yoga is one of the two exercises that requires no special equipment and can be practiced in almost any condition with minimal resources. One of our dear fellow Iranians, Ms. Fereshteh Ehsari, is a skilled and experienced yoga instructor who supports her fellow citizens by providing a set of Yoga teaching videos. These teachings will undoubtedly help each of us navigate this unique period safely and healthily.
We extend our gratitude to Ms. Ehsari for her sincere cooperation with the Iranian community. We invite you to follow her series of lessons on the ICSNS YouTube channel. Below, you can find one of the videos.

Yoga, in addition to improving body structure and the proper functioning of muscles, helps distribute vital energy throughout the body and aids in controlling tension and stress throughout the day. Research shows that increased flexibility can significantly reduce general body pain. For instance, inflexible shoulders can obstruct the smooth flow of blood to the brain.
After completing 20 sessions of basic yoga movements at home, it is necessary to learn specific exercises that target vulnerable areas of the body, which many of us commonly encounter in our daily lives. Chronic pain in the hands, shoulders, neck, knees, legs, and lower back are among such issues. It is important to note that before attempting these selected movements, you should consult your doctor and proceed with the appropriate yoga exercises.
